Basic Safety Training - Refresher Course (Norwegian) for emergency response personnel with E-learning (OBSBLE044)
Target GroupPlinth-working personnel in emergency function.
ObjectiveUpdate the course participant’s understanding and skills to safeguard their own and others’ safety in a crisis situation and contribute to safe behaviour. On completion of the course, participants must have maintained and updated knowledge and skills in:
- Use of rescue sock.
- Helicopter evacuation (HUET) (see comment under other).
- Correct use of a rescue suit with a breathing lung.
- Use of a life raft.

- Risk understanding and Barriers.
- Sea rescue.
- Helicopter evacuation.
PrerequisitesBasic safety course or equivalent equivalent competence. Active member of one of the following emergency teams:
- Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO).
